Our Journey: Over 20 years of Experience
Founded in 2001, Sandium began as an installer of heating and air conditioning systems. Prior to that, we collaborated with a major manufacturing company, TRANE, contributing to the development of cutting-edge building analysis tools, comfort system controls, and commercial building performance contracting.
As a full-service HVAC company, we offer design, engineering, and installation services for heating & air conditioning systems, zone systems, high-efficiency water heaters, Home Performance contracting, energy auditing, and ventilation/air filtration services.
Sandium proudly holds multiple licenses, including C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning), C-2 (Insulation and Acoustical), and B (General Building Contractor).
